Each Groveland cohort runs for 13 weeks, following a structured weekly rhythm designed to build sustainable leadership habits. The experience continues beyond the formal program through alumni connections and optional ongoing coaching.

Groveland is built for high-potential emerging leaders and first-time managers who want to lead with confidence, not just theory. Most participants bring 3–10 years of experience and are ready to grow through feedback, practice, and real-world application.

Groveland follows a cycle-based learning model: each week includes a short lesson, practical application, peer coaching, and reflection. Sessions are delivered virtually in a cohort setting, with both peer discussions and instructor-guided elements to reinforce learning. Much of the true learnings takes place on the job, where participants apply the concepts they are learning in sessions.
