Everything you need to know about Groveland's programs, approach, and what to expect when you enroll.

About Our Approach

Traditional training often stops at theory. Groveland is built to create habit change through repetition, peer coaching, and weekly real-world application. It's not a workshop, it's a rhythm.
Not at all. Groveland is designed to integrate into your current role. Weekly lessons are short, applied in real time, and reinforced with peer coaching — no travel or multi-day retreats required.
Each cohort is built with accountability in mind. Participants are grouped for regular peer coaching sessions where they reflect, share progress, and support each other's development throughout the 12-week cycle.
Both. Groveland supports individual leadership growth while also offering companies a turnkey solution to strengthen frontline and mid-level leaders without adding work to internal HR or L&D teams.

About the Programs

Each Groveland cohort runs for 12–13 weeks, following a structured weekly rhythm designed to build sustainable leadership habits. The time commitment is approximately 1 hour per week.
Groveland is built for high-potential emerging leaders and mid-level managers who want to lead with confidence, not just theory. Most participants bring 3–10 years of experience and are ready to grow through feedback, practice, and real-world application.
Groveland follows a cycle-based learning model: each week includes a short lesson, practical application, peer coaching, and reflection. Sessions are delivered virtually in a cohort setting, with both peer-led and instructor-guided elements to reinforce learning.
The Foundations Program is designed for managers early in their leadership journey — building the core habits and skills every new leader needs. The Emerging Leaders Program is for those preparing to lead at a higher level, with more advanced content covering topics like change leadership, emotional intelligence, and strategic communication.
Yes, we offer ongoing support to our alumni. This includes access to our online resource library, quarterly webinars, and networking events. We're committed to supporting your long-term leadership journey.

Corporate Partnership Questions

Yes. Groveland is designed to scale efficiently across your organization — whether you're developing 5 managers or 50. We can run multiple cohorts simultaneously, each with 8–12 participants for optimal peer learning dynamics.
Groveland provides HR teams with dashboard analytics and progress reports that track participant engagement and development over time. This gives you the visibility you need to demonstrate ROI to stakeholders and make data-informed decisions about your leadership pipeline.
Reach out to our team through the Contact page or request a custom proposal on the Corporate Partnerships page. We'll schedule a conversation to understand your organization's needs, the number of participants you'd like to develop, and the best program fit — then build a proposal tailored to you.
